I absolutely love this quote by Michael Jordan, it’s easily one of my favorite quotes and I’m not even much of a basketball fan. The reason that I relate to it so deeply is that I see the parallels in every aspect of life.

I personally recommend Tom Venuto's book Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle to anyone interested in losing weight or building muscle. This book completely reshaped my understanding of nutrition and how it affects your body. I attribute a large percentage of my personal success to the concepts I learned from this book.
